Excellent care requires excellent people
Every person in our Practice is essential to your care so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives regular training and personal development to ensure we all share the same ethos of putting our patients at the heart of everything we do.
By providing a caring environment for everyone, we engender loyalty. As the saying goes – we don’t expect loyalty, we earn it. Our practice is part of Rodericks Dental, a company with over 65 practices across the country. We are different because our company is run by dentists – for patients.
I started as a Dental Nurse in January 2015 at the Derby House Practice and in June 2015 moved over to Unity Mill House. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and I am a season ticket holder for Derby County.
I started out dental nursing as a trainee in 2012 then became a qualified Dental Nurse in 2014. I love all aspects of my job but in particular love socialising with patients and knowing that I am helping people. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and going on lovely long walks with my beloved dog Kiki
I started working at Unity Mill House as a Trainee Dental Nurse in 2011 where I qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2013. I enjoy working here as it is a friendly and professional team and I like interacting with our patients. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my young family, going on bike rides, running with a local club and looking after my horse.
I am a qualified dental nurse and have been since 2011. I began my dental nurse training in 2009. I continue courses to keep up to date with my CPD and would like to further my knowledge and study more courses in the near future.
My name Is Daisy. I have worked with Rodericks since February 2011 where I qualified as a dental nurse at Unity Mill House. I have been managing at Unity Mill House and Amber Valley since July 2015. I have really enjoyed progressing with the company into management. Outside of work I play upfront for Ilkeston Ladies Football team and play in a womens Netball league in Derby. I also like to spend time having cuddles with my pet cat, Sid!
